How long does the delivery of your product take?
2-3 working days. This does depend on if there is different terms and conditions stated under the specific purchased product details. We only use reliable courier and international express carriers for our deliveries.
Do you restock?
We usually do not restock the exact same product. Restocked items will always have different elements than the initial item, this only refers to our garments. Our accessories do get restocked time and again.
When will I get my order?
You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered, this applies to South African orders. Allow 5-7 business days for International orders. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking info once your order is dispatched. South African orders are shipped with reliable couriers. International orders are shipped with DHL Express.
An email will be sent throughout the process of the delivery and you may refer to your emails for status updates.
Shipping delays may occur during weekends and public holidays.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
We, as DEAD. , are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit and our parcels are not insured.
Our standard delivery fee is R129 for orders under R1500, and FREE for orders over R1500 anywhere in South Africa.
